How can you give people access to your application ? 

Use  Sharepoint !    Transfer your  Excel sheet to sharepoint and people can read your application. 

With  (download here--->)  Schedule1  you have a fully  application which can register absence and precense

of people(or objects) in your organization. The presence and absence is graphical displayed. The date format is 

MM/DD/YYYY , month/day/year. As it is in the US. Your settings in Windows should also be US based.

 Read the instructions in (downloadhere)  ---> Manual Schedule1

Enter the person's name once. 

Enter the reason of absence once.

 Now Enter the Absence.

 Overviews , also  graphic.

 Note :  Does NOT work on Apple/Imac.   Does only work on windows and Excel 2007 or later.
